When Alex A. Bernstein, founder of our company, built 350 7th Avenue he wanted it to be a creative environment. It became known for its legendary designers. But there, too, were other tenants with their own artistic abilities. It also housed the studio of a famous opera singer who taught there by day and sang at the Met at night.
