Mr. Terranova is Executive Vice-President and a principal of Bernstein Real Estate. He is responsible for the daily management and operation of the commercial brokerage, management and operation divisions of Bernstein Real Estate. Mr. Terranova has direct supervision of 24 Commercial Real Estate Professionals at the firm, including 4 Department Managers.
During his twenty year career at Bernstein Real Estate Mr. Terranova has been directly involved in the leasing and sales of approximately 10,000,000 square feet of office, showroom and loft space throughout the metropolitan area. Additionally, Mr. Terranova has been instrumental in securing management and leasing assignments of over 2,500,000 square feet of commercial properties for the company.
Mr. Terranova is a member of the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York and had served in 2002 as Chairman of the Board of Governors and had previously served as a Governor and the Chairman of the Membership Committee. Additionally, he is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and the Loft and Secondary Office Building Committee (REBNY). He has served as the President of the Arthur Manor Neighborhood Association in Scarsdale, New York.
Mr. Terranova received his B.S. degree in marketing and finance from New York University.
His personal interests include long distance cycling.
