HOWARD KITAIN
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kitain is Chief Financial Officer of Bernstein Real Estate and Lawrence Properties. He oversees a staff of 25 professionals and all aspects of accounting, finance, tax, electronic data processing and management reporting. Additionally, Mr. Kitain maintains and cultivates insurance and banking relationships.
Mr. Kitain is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. His undergraduate work was completed at the Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York, where he received a BBA degree and graduated magna cum laude.
Mr. Kitain has over 21 years experience in the accounting, finance and real estate industries. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPA's. He has significant and varied experience in the field of computers and is a frequent lecturer on the use of personal computers and related software programs.
