About Us:

Bernstein Real Estate is a real estate investment, management and brokerage firm located in New York City.  Our portfolio consists of 2 million square feet of owned, leased and managed property in office and loft buildings throughout Manhattan.

Our objectives at Bernstein Real Estate are twofold:

     third-party management and brokerage clients.
  ·  Acquisition of investments for long-term holding.

Our Services:

We offer third-party leasing and management, tenant representation and condominium investment sales services to our clients.  These services are supported by our in-house legal, collections, marketing, construction management, payroll, bookkeeping, compliance and closing departments. Residential services are provided through our sister company, Lawrence Properties.

Our Portfolio/Acquisitions:

Our portfolio consists of 2 million square feet of owned, leased and managed property.  We concentrate on primary and secondary office and loft space in the heart of Manhattan.We are always looking to add to our portfolio.  Our preferences are for Class A and B office properties and elevatored multi-family properties in Manhattan.  We are long-term value-added investors.  Please contact Alex Bernstein about any opportunities.

Lawrence Properties/Residential Real Estate

Established 80 years ago, Lawrence Properties is a full-service residential management company. We offer a highly experienced and personalized level of service to a wide variety of buildings and owners including cooperatives, condominiums and rental properties. From high-rises and sprawling garden complexes to brownstones and loft buildings, we are proud of our roster of long-term clients.
